How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?

It’s difficult to determine how much caffeine is in a cup of tea.  However, we do list the level of caffeine for each tea type.  There are some factors that can change the amount of caffeine in a cup of tea, such as water temperature and steeping time.

How do I make the perfect cup of tea?

Making the perfect cup of tea will depend on the tea type and the ingredients.  Each tea is posted with the recommended steeping times and temperatures to ensure you have the flavours are right. 

 

How long does your tea stay fresh?

It will vary based on the tea! Teas that are blended with large chunks of fruits or chocolate may not maintain their freshness as long as our traditional straight teas. 

How should I store my tea?

To help maintain freshness, always store them in a cool, dry, dark place and keep them well sealed.
